• Josh started his firm in March of 2017. Prior to solo practice, Josh worked for the UAW Legal Services Plan for 13 years helping hundreds of clients each year with bankruptcy and financial matters, estate planning, foreclosure defense, and other consumer matters. He received his JD from Indiana University-Indianapolis in 2002 and his AB from Wabash College in 1999. He is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. He is a member of the Howard County Bar Association.

    When he is not fighting for his clients, Josh volunteers his time at Love of Labs, Indiana and coaches youth basketball for the Carmel Dad’s Club. He is married to his wife Anne and has a son, Nicholas, and a daughter, Olivia.

  • Abbie began working at the Law Office of Joshua Twombley in the summer of 2018. Before working in bankruptcy law, Abbie worked in organizational development in the eye care industry. She holds a Bachelors degree from Purdue University in Professional Writing. Abbie enjoys working with clients to help them succeed in finding financial relief and freedom under the protection of the US Bankruptcy laws.

    Outside of work, Abbie enjoys spending time with her husband, Keith; three sons, Pete, Evan & Noah; and dog, Bongo. She enjoys painting, drawing, gardening, and sewing.

  • Tina began working at the Law Office of Joshua Twombley in December of 2024. She worked in the manufacturing industry until 2023. She then enrolled at Ivy Tech College for paralegal studies, where she graduated magna cum laude. Tina enjoys working in the field of bankruptcy because she enjoys helping individuals escape overwhelming debt and rebuild their financial lives, providing immense emotional relief and peace of mind to clients who are often in great distress.

    Outside of work she loves spending time with her family, children, and grandchildren. She is a 19-year member, volunteer, and officer for the American Legion Auxiliary.
